Oakland Athletics pitcher Johnny “Blue Moon” Odom wore this green and yellow A’s cap during the early 1970’s. Odom, a three-time World Series champion, began his career with the Kansas City Athletics in 1964 and played with the franchise until a trade sent him to Cleveland in June of 1975. Odom’s number “13” is written in black marker on the underside of the brim. This size 7 1/8 cap shows moderate wear and comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
