Offered here is a collection of game used items from former New York Mets infielder Edgardo Alfonso. The first item is a blue alternate Majestic button-down jersey that has “NEW YORK” and his number “13” sewn on the front in gray and orange tackle twill. The Majestic tag and Authentic Diamond Collection tags are sewn on the bottom front left tail, along with a “44” flag. The back has “ALFONSO” and “13” sewn on in gray and orange tackle twill. The left sleeve has the Mets’ skyline logo patch. Fonzi has signed his name in black marker vertically on the “1” on the back and inscribed “13”. This comes with a COA from JSA for the signature.

The next item is a Louisville Slugger R205 model bat used by Alfonso during the 1999 season. This bat displays outstanding use with a crack on the handle. There are ball marks and black ink transfers present on the barrel. The handle has been taped in an overlapping fashion to enhance the grip. Alfonso’s number “13” has been handwritten in black marker in both the knob and top barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18453) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.

The next item is a pair of gray game pants used during the 1999 season. These pants have a single blue piping stripe down each side. The team tag is sewn on the inside waist band and reads “13 ALFONZO 99 35 x 31 B. The bottoms of these pants have sewn-in black stirrups. These pants display moderate game use with some dirt marks on the knees. Alfonso has signed these pants on the back in blue marker. These pants come with a COA from JSA for the signature. The final item in this lot is a two-toned New York Mets cap. This New Era 59FIFTY cap is a size 7 1/8 and has a black crown with a blue brim. The Mets’ interlocking “NY” is embroidered in raised blue and orange stitching on the front. Alfonso’s number “13” is handwritten in black marker on the gray underside of the brim, along with “EN*VICTORIA” in blue marker. This hat displays solid game use and Alfonso has signed his name in silver marker on the top brim and inscribed “13”. This cap comes with a COA from JSA for the signature.
