Presented is a display of two signed cuts from the family of U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt. The first item is a 2½ x 3-inch white card signed by former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, in blue pen. She served as the First Lady of the United States from March 4, 1933 to April 12, 1945 during her husband President Franklin D. Roosevelt's four terms in office, making her the longest serving First Lady of the United States. She later served as United States Delegate to the United Nations General Assembly from 1945 to 1952.
The second item is a 3 x 5-inch white card signed by the son of President and Mrs. Roosevelt, Franklin D. Roosevelt Jr., in blue pen. FDR Jr. served as a U.S. Congressman from New York from 1949 to 1955 and as the first chairman of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from 1965 to 1966. Roosevelt also ran for Governor of New York twice. These items come with a LOA from Beckett Authentication.
