Presented is a multi-signed “Football Legends” hardcover book with 43 signatures of National Football League greats including Jim Brown, Johnny Unitas, Bart Starr, Bob Griese, Otto Graham, Paul Hornung and many more.  The signatures are in the front and back endpapers and on selected interior pages of the 1988 hardcover book by Angus G. Garber III, published by Gallery Books. The front endpapers include the signatures in black marker of Jim Brown, Thurman Thomas (inscribed “#34” beneath his signature), Lenny Moore (inscribed “#24” beneath his signature), Y. A. Tittle (inscribed “Giants #14” beneath his signature), Doug Atkins (inscribed “#81” beneath his signature), Dick Butkus, Gale Sayers, Dan Hampton (inscribed “99” beneath his signature), Bart Starr, Ray Nitschke, Paul Hornung, Johnny Unitas, Joe Namath (inscribed “X12” beneath his signature) and Walter Payton (inscribed “34” beneath his signature).

The front endpapers also include a Michael Singletary signature in black pen (he has inscribed “#50” alongside his signature) and an Alan Page signature in blue marker. The back endpapers feature the signatures, in blue marker, of Emmitt Smith and Tony Dorsett. The half-title page includes the signatures, all in blue marker, of Crazy Legs Hirsch, Bob St. Clair, Charley Trippi, Ted Hendricks, George McAfee, Alan Page and Mel Renfro (who has inscribed “HOF 96” beneath his signature). The title page has the signatures, all in black marker, of Buck Buchanan (who has inscribed “86” alongside his signature), Herb Adderley (who has inscribed “26” beneath his signature) and George Connor. Jim Brown has signed his name in black marker on page 22, and again on page 25 in blue marker alongside a two-page photograph of the Hall of Fame running back in action. Doug Buffalone and Dick Butkus have signed in black marker on page 29. Mike Ditka has signed his name in blue pen on page 33. Bob Lilly has signed his name in blue marker on page 40. Don Maynard has signed his name in blue marker on page 45. Johnny Unitas has signed his name in black marker over a full-page action photograph of the Colts QB on page 68. George McAfee has signed his name in black marker on page 74. Otto Graham has signed his name and inscribed “HOF 1965” in blue marker on page 77. Bart Starr has signed his name in black marker on page 82. Jim McMahon has signed his name in black marker on page 92 over a color photograph of the Chicago Bears quarterback. Dan Hampton has signed his name and inscribed “99” in black marker on page 93, while Kevin Butler has signed his name and inscribed “#6” below his signature in blue marker on page 93.
