Gerald Ford, the 38th President of the United States, and his wife Betty Ford, signed this 11 x 14 inch color photograph. Ford, a two-time college football national champion at the University of Michigan, ascended to the presidency after the resignation of Vice-President Spiro Agnew in 1973, which he replaced Agnew as V.P. and the resignation of President Richard Nixon in 1974 that made him the 38th President. This picture shows the two Fords sitting down and holding hands. Gerald signed the photograph in blue marker, while Betty signed in black pen. This item comes with a PSA/DNA LOA (AA06626).
