Presented is a Joe Montana signed San Francisco 49ers NFL Authentic helmet. The Pro Football Hall of Famer has signed his name in black marker across the top of the right side of the helmet, and inscribed “HOF 2000” below his signature. To the left of the red, white and black “SF” logo decal, Montana has inscribed “4x SB Champ 3x SB MVP” in black marker. Below the logo decal, he has inscribed, also in black marker, “4-0 in Super Bowls 11 TDs – 0 Int’s “Perfect””. Montana has inscribed “2x NFL MVP 8x Pro Bowl” to the right of the logo decal. The gold hard-plastic helmet has a single white stripe and two red stripes down the center, and the “SF” red, white and black logo decals on either side. The helmet has a gray facemask with a white plastic facemask bracket in the front center, a white chinstrap, and white foam padding inside the replica helmet. This item comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (AE54592).
