Offered is a Johnny Unitas signed Colts Pro Line NFL Helmet. Unitas spent most of his pro football career playing for the Baltimore Colts, from 1956 to 1972. He was a record-setting quarterback, and the NFL's most valuable player in 1959, 1964, and 1967. Unitas finished his 18 NFL seasons with 2,830 completions in 5,186 attempts for 40,239 yards and 290 touchdowns, with 253 interceptions. He also rushed for 1,777 yards and 13 touchdowns. He led Baltimore to NFL Championships in 1958, 1959 and 1967, as well as winning Super Bowl V.

The Football Hall of Fame quarterback has signed his name in blue marker across the top right side of the white helmet, above the Colts blue horseshoe logo decal. The white Riddell helmet has a blue stripe down the center, and the Colts’ blue logo decals on either side. The helmet has a gray facemask with a white plastic “Riddell” facemask bracket in the front center, a white Riddell chinstrap, and white foam padding inside the replica helmet.
