Arguably, the two greatest quarterbacks in the history of the Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts are Johnny Unitas and Peyton Manning.  Offered are the signatures of the duo on a white Colts football helmet. Unitas has signed his name in blue marker across the top right side of the helmet above the blue “horseshoe” Colts logo decal, while Manning has signed his name and inscribed “18” in blue marker to the right of the Colts logo. The white Riddell helmet has a blue stripe down the center, and the Colts’ blue logo decals on either side. The helmet has a gray facemask with a white plastic “Riddell” facemask bracket in the front center, a white Riddell chinstrap, and white foam padding inside the replica helmet.

Unitas spent most of his career playing for the Baltimore Colts. He was a record-setting quarterback, and the NFL's most valuable player in 1959, 1964, and 1967. Unitas finished his 18 NFL seasons with 2,830 completions in 5,186 attempts for 40,239 yards and 290 touchdowns, with 253 interceptions. He also rushed for 1,777 yards and 13 touchdowns. He led Baltimore to NFL Championships in 1958, 1959 and 1967, as well as winning Super Bowl V.

Manning played 18 seasons in the NFL, including 14 seasons with the Indianapolis Colts. During his tenure Manning led Indianapolis to eight division championships, two AFC championships, and one Super Bowl title, the franchise's first in over three decades, as well as their first since relocating to Indianapolis.
