Presented here is a book tour banner and stand from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s 2007 book “On the Shoulders of Giants: My Journey Through the Harlem Renaissance”. Abdul-Jabbar grew up in Harlem, even writing for the Harlem Youth Action Project newspaper during the 1960s. In his post-basketball career, Abdul-Jabbar has become one of America’s prominent writers and documentarians of the African-American experience throughout the 20th century and beyond. This book tour banner is white, with a large image of the book printed on the front. When put together with the included stand, the whole setup measures approximately 55 x 95 inches. It comes with a LOA signed by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
