Kevin Durant stunned the basketball world in the summer of 2016 when he decided to take his talents to the Bay Area and sign with the Golden State Warriors after nine seasons with the Seattle Sonics/Oklahoma Thunder franchise. Durant was an instant success for the Warriors, averaging 25 points and eight rebounds per game before being sidelined in late February due to injury. A preternatural scorer from the small forward position, Durant has won four NBA scoring titles and made the All-NBA team six times in his career. He signed this basketball in black marker, adding the inscription “Dub Nation”, a sobriquet for the Warriors fanbase.
