The legendary Kobe Bryant has signed this NBA Hoop magazine from 1995 during his period of stardom at Ardmore, Pennsylvania’s Lower Merion High School. As the consensus best high school hooper in the country, Bryant led Lower Merion to the 1996 Pennsylvania state high school basketball title and brought R&B crooner Brandy to his senior prom. The son of Joe “Jellybean” Bryant was selected with the 13th pick of the 1996 NBA Draft straight out of Lower Merion and the rest, as they say, is history. The Hall of Fame guard has signed the cover of this magazine in black marker, inscribing “#33”, his high school number, below his signature. Kobe has fittingly signed this gem next to his childhood idol and good friend/mentor, Michael Jordan- whom he worked endlessly to emulate both on and off the court This magazine comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA.
