Presented is the signature of NBA superstar LeBron James on a commemorative Cleveland Cavaliers jersey. James joined the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003 as the first overall draft pick after finishing his high school basketball career at St. Vincent–St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio. Named the 2003–04 NBA Rookie of the Year, he soon established himself as one of the league's premier players and won the NBA Most Valuable Player Award in 2009 and 2010.

James has signed his name in silver marker on the numeral “2” (of his number “23”) on the back of a white mesh jersey. Also inscribed on the number is “24/50” in silver marker. The number “23” is in navy blue with gold borders tackle twill on the back of the white jersey, below the red and gold block letters “James” across the top. Below the number, embroidered in red, is “Youngest Player in NBA History to Score:  30 Points – 11/29/03 33 Pts vs Memphis Grizzlies, 18 Years, 334 Days 40 Points – 3/27/04 41 Pts vs New Jersey Nets, 19 Years, 87 Days 50 Points – 3/20/05 56 Pts vs Toronto Raptors, 20 Years, 80 Days Triple Double – 1/19/05 27 Pts, 11 Reb, 10 Ast vs Portland Trail Blazers, 20 Years, 20 Days”.  A stylized letter “C” from the Cavaliers logo is embroidered at the top of the jersey’s back in dark orange and gold. The jersey has a broad, dark orange stripe on each side bordered with gold, black and white stripes. The sleeve and neck cuffs are dark orange and gold stripes. The front of the jersey has “Cavaliers” in dark orange and gold letters embroidered across the chest, and a navy blue with gold borders number “23” on the left side of the chest. The NBA logo is embroidered in red, white and blue on the left shoulder. This item comes with a COA from Upper Deck Authenticated (BAJ33488).
