Noted artist LeRoy Neiman was an American artist who was known for his vibrantly-colored expressionist paintings and his screen prints of musicians, athletes, and sporting events that gave his subjects an added depth and perspective that brought them to life. Neiman’s artistry is on full display in this presented 40 x 30 ½ -inch “Golf Tournament” serigraph. The serigraph is in Neiman’s signature expressionist style and depicts a duffer attempting to hit himself out of a sand trap towards the pin while spectators look on. This gorgeous serigraph is brightly painted and features green and yellow hues that beckon the viewer to imagine themselves on the course. Neiman, the artist, signed the bottom right corner of the serigraph with a pencil. The signature is bold, and the serigraph is in great condition and comes with an LOA from Beckett Authentication for the signature.
