After the Tampa Bay Lightning won the 2004 Stanley Cup, the team and players had to wait two years to be properly presented with their rings in the traditional on ice ceremony. Why? It wasn’t the time required to craft these impressive rings, but the following year, the NHL lockout canceled the entire 2004-2005 season. So the Lightning had to wait, but the wait was certainly worth the reward. The impressive design of this 10K white gold size 11/37.4 gram ring features a replica Stanley Cup covered with rare blue diamonds, covered with their Lightning Bolt emblem with six clear diamonds. One shank features the raised NHL logo, the four logos of the teams beaten by the Lightning, the scores and “2004 – 1st Championship.” Other shank has the name “LALEWICZ” above the 2004 Stanley Cup logo, with “STAFF” below. Within the band is stamped “INTERGOLD 10K.” Near Mint condition. LOA from hockey specialists Classic Auctions.
