Encased by Panini. Hall of Famer. Celtics legend Larry Bird shines on this Panini Eminence “1981 NBA Champions” Gold collectible. Bird, a three-time Most Valuable Player, appears primed to embarrass an overmatched defender on this scarce Panini offering. This card celebrates Bird’s Championship season with teh Celtics in 1981. Gracing the front of the card is a 14K Gold Bar and a blazing blue ink signature by Bird. A statement on the card’s back by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature, and serves as the item’s COA. The limited print run card is serial-numbered “2/3.” The item is encased by Panini, and projects generally uncirculated display quality however the case does contain scratches as seen in scans.
