If San Francisco Giants’ prospect Kyle Crick was a stock, he might well be worth a sizeable investment. As though the defending World Series Champs needed more ammunition, the right-handed first round pick has been ranked among the top 40 prospects by both Baseball America and MLB.com. This lot includes a pair of autographed tools of the game worn by Crick in 2013 for the Class A San Jose Giants. The Rawlings fielder’s glove is surprisingly snug and bears the hurler’s name stitched in red on the thumb. The back index finger sports a stitched Rawlings script logo and the pinky holds the stitched phrase “The Gold Glove Co.” Crick has signed in silver Sharpie on the inside ring finger along with “GU 2013,” though the autograph is slightly smudged. His Under Armour footwear, complete with dirt still caked around some of the metal spikes, is black suede with orange leather. “CRICK” is stitched in white on the tongue, and the inside label shows size 12. Each is signed and denoted as game used in 2013 on the outside of the boot, and the left sole has a clump of material, possibly from gum adhesion. Otherwise both of these items are in great shape. Each signature has been PSA/DNA pre-certified and lot comrs with an LOA from Lojo Sports.
