Both cards have been graded MINT 9 by BVG. Hall of Famer. These exceptionally scarce, tobacco card-sized pieces, intended at their production's time of issue more as game pieces than collectibles, originate from the homeland of Sadaharu Oh – with whom these items' subject is often compared. Babe Ruth is the undisputed highlight in the JCM21 release of colorful 1950 Menko Japanese Baseball cards. The two examples offered here are both extremely fresh in appearance, and serve as highly appealing international tributes to America's quintessential baseball superstar. Mint condition throughout.
