A partial set, containing 107 of the 1955 Bowman Football issue's 160 subjects, is presented. Each of these collectibles has had the tips of all four corners removed. Thus, although these cherished rectangles are now, instead, octagonal, their inherent charisma is surprisingly undiminished. (A few cards have also been trimmed at the top or bottom edges.) The revered legends and familiar mainstays populating the issue – including Blanda, Walker, Tittle, Layne and Bednarik – remain delightful to view. Missing #'s 5, 6, 7, 25, 26, 32, 41, 81-112 and 137-152 for completion. Poor condition.
