Mickey Mantle hit his 500th home run on May 14, 1967 becoming the 6th member of the 500 home run club at the time, while 23 players have joined the club since, Mantle’s 536 still ranks 16th on the all-time list. Mantle signed this 3” x 5” index card in blue ball point pen adding a small hash mark underneath his signature. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA 83180345 – Graded: Authentic.
