Encapsulated with Autograph authenticated and graded "9" by Beckett. Hall of Famer. Pete Maravich employed his neat, blue ink penmanship to affix his nickname, "Pistol Pete," to this lightly circulated card's front surface. Additionally, the star inscribed a scripture reference, "John 5:24." Although injuries robbed Maravich of a long path of achievement, he packed 15,948 points into his decade-long career before retiring in 1980 at the age of just 32. Maravich was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in 1987, less than a year before his tragic death at the age of 40.
