The 2014 National League batting champion, Colorado Rockies first baseman Justin Morneau is a four-time All-Star who won the American League MVP award with the Minnesota Twins in 2006. A reputable batsman with a solid .281 career batting average during his 12-year career, Morneau has also earned his keep in the field playing exclusively at first base. Morneau used this Wilson A2000 right-handed first baseman’s mitt during the 2008 season with the Twins. He signed the glove in bold black sharpie on its backhand side with a “33” inscription. Sturdy thick leather glove shows evidence of excellent use with a well-worn pocket and some scuff marks around its outer edges caused from scooping low throws in the dirt. The pro model number “A2800” is branded on the inside of the thumb and Morneau’s full name is embroidered on the thumbs’ outside. This authentic big league glove has a big league feel to it and comes with PSA/DNA LOA.
