This original passport belonged to famed actor Tom Ewell, who co-starred with Marilyn Monroe in the classic 1959 film 'The Seven Year Itch." Among the many scenes that Ewell and Marilyn shared, he appeared with Marilyn in one of the most famous movie scenes ever filmed and from which some of the most famous movie still photographs have ever been taken, the one with Marilyn standing above the New York City subway grating with her white dress billowing up above her waist. This original passport was issued to Ewell in 1973 and bears his black and white photograph as well as his signature in blue ballpoint pen. LOA from JSA.
