Now enshrined in the Hall of Fame, George Brett is the greatest hitting third baseman of all-time. To put his career in perspective, only three other men besides Brett have more than 3,000 career hits and 300 home runs: Hank Aaron, Stan Musial and Willie Mays - pretty good company. Brett was also pretty successful without a bat in his hand, adding a Gold Glove Award to his massive collection of batting accolades. This Wilson A3000/11.75" professional model glove dates from 1982 and is in un-used condition. The leather is soft and supple and all the laces are intact and original. Brett's famed number "5" is hand written twice in black marker on the outside thumb and best of all, the Hall of Famer has signed the palm in strong black marker (9/10).
