Over the course of his 20 year Hall of Fame-bound career, Derek Jeter dominated the Mets. In 84 regular season games The Captain batter .368, 14 home runs and 43 RBI's. He turned it up a notch when the two teams met in the 2000 World Series, tagging Mets hurlers for a .409 average and being voted the Series MVP at their expense. This ball was used during Jeter's last game at the Mets home in Flushing, Citi Field. In the 7th inning Carlos Torres served this ball up to Jeter who slugged it for a long single, his last one at Citi Field. The Rawlings Official Major League ball shows great game use and Jeter has signed the ball in blue ball point, adding "5-14-14 Last Game Citi Field.
