Former Baltimore Oriole Davey Johnson was issued this commemorative bat to honor the 1971 American League Champions. This 34-inch Adirondack Big Stick Dave Johnson bat has a gold plaque mounted on the barrel with the inscription “BALTIMORE ORIOLES 1971 AMERICAN LEAGUE CHAMPIONS FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE TIME OVER 100 WINS IN ALL THREE YEARS” and was manufactured during the labeling period. Johnson also signed his name and inscribed “1971 AL Champs” in bold blue marker. This bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B09552) and a COA from PSA/DNA for Johnson’s signature.
