Foo Fighters frontman, Nirvana drummer, Rock N Roll Hall of Fame inductee, actor, musician and all around good guy Dave Grohl signed this blue Stedman Pro Guitar in blue sharpie marker. Grohl started playing the guitar and drums as a young teenager growing up in the Washington D.C. area, dropping out of high school to pursue a career in music with the support of his mother. He joined local D.C. hardcore punk band Scream as their drummer, then eventually joining Nirvana who’s second album Nevermind reached the top of the Billboard charts with their alternative anthem, “Smells Like Teen Spirit.” After lead singer Kurt Cobain’s death, Grohl formed his own band the Foo Fighters, fronting the group and filling up stadiums around the world with classic songs such as, “Everlong,” and “My Hero.” Item is authenticated by PSA/DNA (X97813).
