Graded PR 1 by PSA. Charles Comiskey is best known as the owner and President of the Chicago White Sox from 1900-1931. Prior to that he led the St. Louis Browns to four consecutive pennants from 1885-1888 as their manager. And, also, together with Ban Johnson, he played a pivotal role in the founding of the American League. This example concedes staining and toning on the obverse; the back is legible. Condition liabilities aside, this is a decent looking "1." Poor condition.
