Though his team was swept by a red-hot Baltimore Orioles squad in the 2014 ALDS, Victor Martinez contributed a homer and two doubles for the Detroit Tigers. These are the home-and-away batting helmets donned by the 12-year veteran during that series. The size 7 ¼ Rawlings lids are in excellent shape, with the road helmet (differentiated by the orange stylized “D” on the crown), showing nice game use with some light scratches, and the home chapeau (with white “D”) in near-mint condition. Each bears Martinez’ number 41 along with the MLB Post Season 14 logo on the back, and both are certified MLB Authentic.
