Shaquille O’Neal’s impact on the NBA was immediate in his 1992-93 rookie season with the Orlando Magic. “Shaq” averaged 23.4 points and 13.9 rebounds on his way to an All-Star bid and NBA Rookie of the Year honors that season. O’Neal sported this game-used black Magic road jersey while scoring 20 points and grabbing 16 rebounds against Milwaukee on April 10, 1993. The jersey features “Orlando” screen printed across the chest with a stitched silver star with black border serving as the “A.” O’Neal’s number “32” appears on the front and reverse sides of the jersey in blue on white tackle twill. The top back of the jersey boasts “O’NEAL” in white tackle twill. The front left tail of the jersey is home to a “Champion” manufacturer’s label with size “52” listed and a “1992-1993 Champion Tailoring” manufacturer’s tag that reads “BODY LENGTH +4.” The game-used O’Neal jersey shows light evidence of game use and comes with an LOA from noted sports jersey expert Dave Miedema, a signed LOA by the Bucks ball boy the jersey was given to and an LOA from Grey Flannel Inc.
