After nine standout seasons with the Cincinnati Reds, two of which included All-Star appearances, former outfielder Eric Davis returned to the organization as an extra coach for Spring Training on occasion. That includes in 2014, when Davis sported this signed, game-used Reds helmet. Davis signed the brim of the helmet in bold, black sharpie along with the inscription “Spring Training 2014.” The Reds helmet features the Cincinnati “C” logo on the front and is home to a “Rawlings Authentic Collection” manufacture’s label on inside with size “7 1/8” listed. The helmet is lined with “PRO DRI” padding and has an MLB Authentic Collection holographic sticker on the inside, number “AD055401121.” The helmet shows moderate signs of game use, with a series of scuffs and scratches on the outside. The signed, game-used Davis headwear comes with a PSA/DNA COA, verification number “X90377.”
