Following their 1961 home run duel and pursuit of Babe Ruth’s single season home run record, Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris caught the eye of Hollywood as the duo appeared in the 1962 movie “Safe at Home!”. This Columbia Pictures poster shows Mantle and Maris flanking “The Luckiest Kid in the World” (a little leaguer who found himself in trouble for claiming to know the Yankee sluggers). The 26.5 x 41 poster is matted into a 34 x 48 inch frame display.
