In what was supposed to be a tune-up exhibition bout for number one ranked heavyweight contender Muhammad Ali in San Diego, CA on March 31, 1973 the once and future heavyweight champion was dealt one of the most devastating losses of his career at the hands of Ex-marine Ken Norton who broke Ali’s jaw in the process. This fantastic 16” x 20” framed and matted photo captures Norton administering some of his handiwork to Ali up against the ropes. Both Norton and Ali signed the photo in bright silver sharpie and an engraved nameplate below describes the fight; comes with Online Authentics COA.
