You could search archives for an eternity and you couldn't find a more classic photo to have signed by Jackie Robinson. Jackie is captured in the follow through of his swing, clad in his Dodgers home whites, the mythical Ebbetts Field providing the perfect background. This is the very same photograph used by the Bowman Gum Company artist to illustrate his classic 1950 baseball card. The man who shattered baseball's color line has signed across the front of his lower body "To Bobby with Best Wishes Jackie Robinson". The ink has faded with age but is still very visible making this an extremely attractive display. The photograph has been professionally matted and framed to 12 1/4" x 15 1/4".
