Sylvester Stallone’s life story runs parallel with the Rocky character he created, like Rocky he was propelled into stardom by the success of the first Rocky film which flourished into a seemingly never ending franchise. This 24” x 36” full color canvas photo captures the final scene from Rocky II as Rocky’s hand is being raised by the referee after his defeat of Apollo Creed in their rematch of the first fight, Rocky’s trainer Mick played by actor Burgess Meredith is also in the forefront of the photo which is signed by Stallone in bright silver sharpie and comes with “no wire” hanging equipment and PSA/DNA certification #Y68232.
