The first man to walk on the moon, famed American astronaut Neil Armstrong, commander of Apollo 11, signed this NASA 8x10-inch color portrait in black sharpie along with the inscription “To Ward.” The reverse side of the signed portrait features a brief NASA biography of Armstrong. The white borders of the portrait feature two tape mark remnants in the top corners and one on the bottom center, while the corners show minor wear. Armstrong’s image remains in ideal condition with no blemishes. A JSA LOA accompanies the signed portrait #X80093.
