Third baseman Pablo Sandoval was sensational during San Francisco Giants’ run to a World Series championship in 2014. “Kung Fu Panda” hit .429 in the seven-game triumph over the Kansas City Royals. This Sandoval signed, game-used button-down Giants cream-colored home jersey comes from the team’s 11-4 win over the Royals in Game 4 of the World Series. Sandoval went 2-for-5 in the contest with a pair of RBI. Sandoval signed the jersey on the reverse side “8” of his number “48” uniform in bold, silver sharpie along with the inscriptions “Game Used 2014 World Series” and “W.S Champs Game #4.” The front of the jersey features “GIANTS” across the chest in black on orange and gold tackle twill, with a commemorative 2014 World Series patch on the right sleeve and San Francisco Giants Baseball Club patch on the left sleeve. Sandoval’s number “48” is found on the reverse side in black on orange and gold tackle twill. The front left tail of the jersey boasts a “Majestic Authentic Collection” manufacturer’s label with “2014” and size “52” tags below. The jersey shows moderate evidence of game use, with large dirt stains on both shoulders and a smattering of either chewing tobacco or dirt stains down the chest. The signed, game-used jersey comes with a PSA/DNA LOA and is certified under the MLB Authentication program, verification number “HZ529718.”
