Sugar Ray Leonard faced plenty of formidable foes during his Hall of Fame boxing career, but arguably none generated more excitement than his two meetings against Thomas “Hitman” Hearns. The warriors faced off in the prime of their careers in the 1980s, with Leonard scoring a dramatic TKO in the 14th round of their first title meeting, before the combatants battled to a draw in the second showdown. Offered is a green replica WBC Championship belt signed by Leonard and Hearns in bold, silver sharpie. The belt features a center circle inclusive with the writing “WBC World Champion” and images of the world flags around the periphery. Also included are four images of former champions Muhammad Ali, Joe Louis, Mike Tyson and Joe Frazier. The dual-signed belt, which features a gold buckle clasp, includes PSA/DNA certification for Leonard’s signature, verification number “X68865.”
