Often regarded as, βThe Greatest Hitter Who Ever Lived,β Ted Williams was a two time Triple Crown Winner and was the last Major League Baseball player to a bat over .400 in a season, in 1941 he posted a .406 batting average. In 1991 Williams received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President George H. W. Bush, the highest civilian award bestowed by the U.S. Government. This baseball features Williams signature in blue ball point ink centered across the sweet spot.
