After winning 18 games during the regular season, Madison Bumgarner began one of the greatest post-season pitching performances in the history of the game. His 4-hit shutout against the pilots secured the NL Wildcard for the Giants then beat the Cardinals in Game 1 of the NLDS. He pitched 8 knock-out innings in Game 5 to advance to the World Series and then turned around and started Game 1 against Kanas City, winning 7-1. He was on the mound again in Game 5 and pitched a 4-hit shutout. Then, with Game 7 on the line, Bumgarner was again thrown into the game, this time pitching 5 scoreless innings in relief. His super-human post season effort won him both the NLCS MVP Award and the 2014 World Series MVP and his .25 career World Series ERA is the lowest in MLB history. This Giants road jersey was worn by Madison Bumgarner during that unbelievable 2014 season. The grey Giants jersey has "SAN FRANCISCO" in black, gold and orange tackle twill across the chest. Black piping rings the collar and placket. Size "50" Majestic label is located in the lower left front tail. The sleeves have orange and black trim and a gold, black and orange San Francisco Giants patch is on the left sleeve. The back has "BUMGARNER" across the shoulders above his number "40" in black and orange tackle twill. The jersey shows light game use with the colors bright and clean. Best of all, the World Series MVP has signed the "4" in white ink adding "GU 14". Letter of Authenticity from JSA for the signature and a Bumgarner LOA for the game use.
