Willie Stargell was one of the greatest sluggers of his day, despite being hampered by the cavernous dimensions of Forbes Field. With a better ballpark and better knees, Stargell’s career numbers of 475 home runs and 1,540 RBI could have easily reached the 600 and 2,000 plateau.
Presented here is a Hillerich and Bradsby pro model bat signed by the Hall of Fame first baseman. Stargell signed the bat in black marker that has faded somewhat, but is still clear. This item comes with a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (B53055).
