Offered is this Louisville Slugger used by Wade Boggs during arguably the best years of his Hall of Fame career. From 1986-89, which this bat dates to, Boggs won three straight batting titles (1986, 1987 & 1988) and averaged a robust .355 batting average in the four referenced seasons.

This 34-inch, 32-ounce Louisville Slugger C235 Model bat exhibits heavy use and is un-cracked. There are many ball mark and stitch impressions that are visible on both the front and back barrel. Ball marks include blue ink transfers, as well as green bat rack streaks. Boggs' number 26 is written in black marker on the knob and a light coat of pine tar is present on the lower handle, along with a heavy coat of pine tar on the upper handle/lower barrel area. Boggs has signed this bat in black marker and added the inscription "3010 Hits." This bat comes with a full LOA from Mears for the game use and has been graded an “A9” and a COA from PSA/DNA (7A81288) for the signature.
