Presented here is a Kilburn Brothers stereoview of a baseball game at Boston Common. The Kilburns, Benjamin and Edward, were pioneers in the field of photography, and at one point were among the most extensive distributors of stereoscopic photographs in the world. This stereoview, numbered 4662, shows a crowd of people enjoying a baseball game in Boston Common, the oldest city park in the United States. This picture is a gorgeous piece of photography history, and is in excellent condition save for some small indications of aging and toning. This item is encapsulated.
