Minnesota Vikings quarterback Daunte Culpepper wore this white road jersey during the 2005 NFL season, his final in Minnesota. Culpepper, who in 2004 set a then-NFL single-season record for most combined rushing and passing yards, played in the first seven games of the 2005 season before a traumatic knee injury ended his season, and consequently his time with the Vikings. Before his injury, Culpepper had thrown for 1,564 yards and six touchdowns for the Vikings.
This jersey has Culpepper’s number “11” sewn on the chest, back, and shoulders in purple and yellow tackle twill. “CULPEPPER” is sewn across the back shoulders in purple and yellow tackle twill over a matching white nameplate. Viking and Reebok patches are sewn on each sleeve, while a Vikings 45th Anniversary patch is sewn on the left chest. A NFL Equipment patch is sewn on the collar, and two metal buttons are affixed to the back tail of the jersey. This jersey shows light wear, and comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema for game use.
