Prince Fielder, one of the most prodigious sluggers of the 21st century, wore these cleats during the 2012 MLB season, his first with the Detroit Tigers. Fielder slugged 30 home runs, with 108 RBI and a career-high .313 batting average in his first American League season. Fielder’s father, Cecil, played six and a half seasons with the Tigers, and both first basemen finished their careers with 319 home runs. Prince Fielder made the fourth of his six career All-Star appearances in 2012, which ended with Fielder earning his third Silver Slugger award.
These Nike Air MVP cleats are black, blue, and white, with white Nike swoosh logos applied to each side of the cleats. “Success” is sewn on each tongue in white lettering, and Fielder’s number “28” is sewn on each heel, also in white. The soles are white, with nine stainless-steel spikes, and Fielder’s number “28” printed in white in the middle of a blue circle. A blue Nike swoosh logo is applied to each sole. These size 13 cleats show excellent use, and come with a COA from JT Sports.
