Former NBA star Rick Fox enjoyed a stellar 13-season career playing for the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers. The Canadian-born forward out of the University of North Carolina, won three titles with the Lakers from 2000-2002 and retired following the 2004 season. Fox won his second title with the Lakers in the 2000-01 season, where he appeared in all 82 regular season games averaging 9.6 points per game.
These Nike Air Max sneakers were worn by Fox during the 2000-01 season. These shoes are black with white trim around the bottom of the heels and are a size 14. The Nike swoosh is in black on the outside heels with “MAX AIR” on each heel. The tongues have “FORCE” in white on a black strip and additional Nike swooshes are located in white on the toes. These sneakers displays excellent game use and Fox has signed each sneaker in blue marker above the Nike swoosh on the outside heels, inscribing “17”. These sneakers come with a signed LOA from Rick Fox, who states that these sneakers were worn by him in 2000 and have been part of his personal collection.
