This fully printed, uncut sheet holds 132 cards from the 1973 Topps Baseball issue's challenging "High Number" series in an 11-card-by-12-card arrangement. An incredible eye-catcher, this very scarce pane offers exceptional star power! The amazing factory-floor survivor showcases two clean examples of 1973 Topps #615 "1973 Rookie Third Basemen," a three-player depiction that features young infielders Ron Cey, John Hilton and Mike Schmidt, but which is known in the hobby, simply, as the "Mike Schmidt Rookie Card." The sheet's card numbers range from #'s 534 to 654, and their content includes two copies, apiece, of Hall of Famer card #'s 545 Orlando Cepeda, 549 Whitey Herzog and 569 Walt Alston. Dusty Baker, Dwight Evans, Joe Niekro and Frank Howard are among the additional stars pictured on the sheet. The approximately 28-1/2" x 43"sheet presents nicely, reflecting the inevitable scattered surface wrinkling and edge dings incurred during handling in production and rolled storage.
