Cleveland Indians All-Star second baseman began the 2010 season playing for Kinston in the High A Carolina League, and was promoted that season to the Double-A Akron Aeros. It was there Kipnis was issued and wore this particular jersey. The white, home button-down jersey has “Aeros” across the front, with the number “7” below and on the reverse. All lettering and number are in purple-on white-on-black tackle twill. Within the collar is the “Rawlings” size “46” tag, with attached was tag plus another “Rawlings” manufacturers tag on the lower front tail. On the left sleeve is the “Aeros” patch, while the right sleeve is adorned with the Cleveland Indians insignia. This jersey exhibits nice overall wear with no apparent alterations. Comes with COA from the Akron Aeros.
