Michael Finley enjoyed a productive career in the NBA and really hit his prime with the Dallas Mavericks, where he was a two-time All-Star, before eventually winning a championship with the Spurs during the 2006-07 season. This green game used 2004-05 game used Dallas Mavericks alternate jersey, designed by hip-hop superstar P. Diddy, was worn by Finley in a campaign that saw the forward average 15.7 points per game. The jersey reads “Mavs” across the chest with Finley’s number “4” on both sides in white-on-blue tackle twill. “FINLEY” appears across the back of the jersey in white tackle twill with a stitched Mavericks logo patch above. The front tail of the jersey features a stitched “Reebok” manufacturer’s tag with three affixed labels that read “52,” “2004-2005” and “LENGTH +4,” indicating the jersey’s size, year and modifications. Below the manufacturer’s tag is a stitched Mei Gray Group tag that reads “Game-Worn Jersey 2004-2005” with inventory number “A145.” The Mavericks wore the green P. Diddy Set 2 jerseys for five games in 2004-05 (Feb. 6, March 28 and 30, and April 1 and 3) according to an LOA signed Mavericks president Terdema Ussery. The jersey shows light evidence of game use and comes with the aforementioned LOA from the Dallas Mavericks.
