Offered is a lot of 116 signed, vintage photographs of notable baseball players, including several Hall of Famers (All the photographs are 8x10-inches unless otherwise noted). The first item in this lot is a 7 x 9-inch black and white United Press International wire service action photograph of Hall of Fame slugger Stan Musial at bat, shot from behind the pitcher’s mound in a game. It is signed by the player in blue marker. The second item in this lot is a black and white posed photograph of Hall of Famer Duke Snider with a bat poised over his left shoulder. Snider has signed his name in blue marker. The third item in this lot is a black and white portrait photograph in uniform of Hall of Fame pitcher Early Wynn, who has signed his name in blue marker. The fourth item in this lot is a color posed photograph of former St. Louis Cardinals outfielder and first baseman Stan Musial, posed in his batting stance in his Cards uniform. The Hall of Famer has signed his name in blue marker. The fifth item in this lot is a black and white portrait photograph of Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop “Pee-Wee” Reese, posed in his LA Dodgers uniform with two bats over his right shoulder. Reese has signed his name in blue marker.

The sixth item in this lot is a classic pose of legendary New York Giants first baseman Bill Terry, one leg up on the dugout stairs with a bat in his hand in his Giants uniform. The Baseball Hall of Famer has signed “Wm. H (Bill) Terry” in blue pen. The seventh item in this lot is a color photograph of former Milwaukee Braves All-Star third baseman Eddie Matthews, posed on the field with a bat over his left shoulder. Matthews, inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1978, has signed his name in blue marker. He is the only player to have represented the Braves in the three American cities they have called home (Boston/Milwaukee/Atlanta). The eighth item in this lot is a black and white photograph of Hall of Famer Monte Irvin posed swinging a bat in his Newark Eagles uniform during his tenure in the Negro Leagues. The 13th item in this lot is one of the most iconic photographs in sports history, a black and white photo of New York Yankees catcher Yogi Berra leaping into pitcher Don Larsen’s arms at the conclusion of his perfect game in Game 5 of the 1956 World Series. Larsen has signed his name in blue. The 14th item in this lot is a signed black and white posed photograph of former New York Yankees infielder Joe Sewell at bat. He has signed his name in blue ink. The 15th item in this lot is a signed black and white portrait of former Brooklyn Dodgers pitcher Van Lingle Mungo, signed by the four-time All Star in blue ink.
