Offered in this lot are game used bats used by New York Mets’ pitchers in various seasons, with one of the bats being signed. The first bat is a Louisville Slugger D143 model bat with “FERNANDEZ” stamped on the barrel. This bat has a crack in the handle and has been signed by Bruce Berenyi in black marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a COA from Beckett Authentication (F63903) for the signature. The next bat was used by Mike Hampton and is an un-cracked Louisville Slugger S329 model bat. The third bat is a Louisville Slugger R221 model bat used by Jason Isringhausen that has “IZZY” stamped on the barrel. This bat is un-cracked. The next bat was used by John Maine and is an un-cracked Louisville Slugger M110 model bat. The next bat was used by Turk Wendell and is an un-cracked Rawlings 433B model bat with slight checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact on the barrel.

The sixth bat in this lot was used by Grant Roberts. Roberts used this Rawlings 225B model bat that has a slight crack in the handle. The next bat was used by Aaron Heilman and is a Rawlings model bat that has a slight crack in the handle. The next bat was used by Steve Trachsel and is an un-cracked Louisville Slugger K48 model bat. There is an approximately 1 x 10-inch piece of wood missing from the barrel. The penultimate bat was used by Darren Oliver, who used this un-cracked Louisville Slugger R219 model bat. There is ¾ x 6-inch piece of wood missing form the barrel obscuring part of Oliver’s name. The final bat in this lot was used by Royce Ring, who swung this Louisville Slugger C243 model bat that is un-cracked. This entire lot has been pre-certified by PSA/DNA for the game use.
